| 摘 要： | 文章回顾了2012年美国经济金融运行情况，其主要特点包括：经济温和增长，失业率缓慢回落；房地产市场复苏成为亮点，私人投资和消费增长放缓；贸易赤字有所收敛，物价涨幅震荡走低；国债收益率总体走低；美元指数窄幅震荡；美联储两次QE明确利率指引等。文章随后分析了美国经济金融运行中存在的突出问题，并对其经济前景和货币财政政策动向进行展望。

| Abstract: | The article reviews US economic and financial performance in 2012, and the major characteristics include： a moderate economic growth and a gradual decline in unemployment rate; a bright spot in housing market recovery and a slowdown in private investment and consumption growth; a decline in trade deficits and a drop in inflation with fluctuations; an overall decline of T-bond yield; a slight fluctuation of US Dollar index; and two Fed QEs, to guide the interest rate. The article then analyzes the problems in US economic and financial performance and predicts its future development and possible monetary-fiscal policy move. |
