The international community has carried out extensive and in-depth discussions on the problems and risks exposed by the OTC derivatives markets in the international financial crisis and reached a consensus on the introduction of the CCP clearing system in the OTC derivatives markets as early as possible. This article targets mainly at US, EU and international organizations to review the implementation of CCP clearing and the progress of regulation reform of CCP. It interprets and compares the specific regulatory requirements in terms of CCP risk management, regulations of financial resources, information disclosure and conflict of interests, in order to fully reflect the development and the key policies of international regulation reform in CCP clearing.
