| Abstract: | With a review on the reform and construction of China＇s interbank FX market in 2007, this paper concludes that the interbank FX market has now stabilized its functions of price-discovery, risk-management and resource-allocation. According to the author, external market evaluation can transfer information and stimulate market participants, thus serving as a boost for developing China＇s interbank FX market. |
