我国省际公共卫生与基本医疗服务供给状况评估

公共卫生与基本医疗作为一项保障和促进公众健康的社会公益事业,与公众的基本生命安全息息相关,是我国基本公共服务的重要内容.本文运用层次分析法,构建出公共卫生与基本医疗供给状况评估的指标体系,并对2009年我国31个省区市的供给状况进行综合评价.结果表明,我国的公共卫生与基本医疗供给状况与地区经济发展水平无严格的正相关关系,但存在一定联系,且省际间差异明显,供给状况较不平衡.未来工作重点在西部省份及个别东中部省份的状况改善.

An Evaluation of Interprovincial Public Health and Basic Medical Services Supply in China

Public health and basic medical care as a social and public welfare undertaking of security and pro- moting public health, it is closely related to the basic life security of the public, is the important content of basic public services in china. In this paper, the author builds an evaluation index system about public health and basic medical care supply with AHP and then conducts a comprehensive evaluation of Chinas 31 provinces in 2009. The results show that China＇s public health and basic medical care supply is not strictly relate to regional economic de- velopment level, but still a certain connection. And inter- provincial differences are significant, the supplies are unbalanced. Therefore, our future work should focus on the situation improvement of the western provinces and some eastern and central provinces.
