| 摘 要： | 本文在阐述毛纺织加工业集聚现状的基础上，通过系统的分析区域资源禀赋、区域转移成本、区域经济水平和政府政策导向等影响毛纺织加工业集聚的引致性因素，从政策环境，龙头企业培育和公共服务平台建设等宏观和微观两个层面提出加快中国毛纺织加工业集聚的对策建议，为企业经营决策的选择，政府支持和保护政策的制定提供充分的依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the current situation of wool textile processing industry cluster, scientific analysis the caused factors of agglomeration of China＇ s wool textile processing industry such as resource ,the regional transfer cost, regional economic level and the government policy guidance, and propose the countermeasures of speeding up China wool textile industry cluster from the policy environment, leading enterprises cultivate and public service platform construction at the macroscopic and microscopic levels, and provide adequate basis for the enterprise man- agement decision, government support and protection policy formulate. |
