| 摘 要： | 加强村级社会管理有利于维护农村社会安定,有利于巩固党在农村的执政基础。资金不足问题已成为加强和创新村级社会管理的瓶颈。为了解决村级社会管理资金不足问题,运用实地研究法中的观察法与访问法,对四川省双流县村级社会管理筹资模式创新做法进行了深入调查和分析,提出了解决村级社会管理筹资难问题的新思路。

| Abstract: | Strengthening village social management is helpful to maintain village social safety and to steady the Party’s ruling foundation in rural areas.The problem of insufficient funds has become the bottleneck in the process of strengthening and innovating new village social management.To solve this problem,this paper adopts to the methods of observation and interview in case study to undertake a survey and analysis of the new method adopted in Shuangliu County,Sichuan in the innovation of village social management financing mode,puts forward new idea of solving this problem. |
