员工工作价值观的实证研究

摘    要:工作价值观是西方近几十年来新兴的研究热点,近年来国内也出现了一些关于工作价值观的研究。本研究运用曼哈顿的调查问卷通过独立样本T检验、单因素方差分析等相关统计方法对所收集的数据进行分析,结果发现:在职员工工作价值观的各个维度在性别、年龄、职位、企业性质等人口学变量上均存在差异。

Abstract:Work value view is a heated study point in western countries in the last few decades.In recent years,there are also some studies on work value domestically.Through an analysis of the collected data from Manhattan questionnaire,with the statistic methods of independent sample T test,one way anova,this study finds out that there exist divergence from different dimensions and demographical variables such as gender,age,post and enterprise nature etc in employee’s work value view.
