| 摘 要： | 继2008年深圳成为国家创新型城市首个试点之后，2010年1月12日，国家发改委又批准了包括大连、青岛、厦门、沈阳、西安、广州、成都、南京、杭州、济南、合肥、郑州、长沙、苏州、无锡、烟台等16个城市在内的第2批国家创新型城市试点。
