我国金融监管协调机制存在的问题及对策分析

健全的金融监管协调机制可促进分业监管体制下的金融业稳健发展。目前我国实行“一行三会”金融分业监管体制，由于制度等方面的缺陷，现行金融监管协调机制仍存在一些问题。本文针对性地提出了明确金融监管协调机制的牵头人、完善金融联席会议制度、建立金融监管协调监督机制、为金融监管协调机制培养复合型监管人才等几点完善金融监管协调机制的建议。

The Deficiencies and Corresponding Countermeasures of China's Financial Supervision and Coordination Mechanism

The sound coordination mechanism of financial supervision could promote financial industry to develop healthily in the system of separation supervision. At present, China carries out the system of separation supervision which is operated by The People＇s Bank of China, China Banking Regulatory Commission, China Securities Regulatory Commission and China Insurance Regulatory Commission. Because of deficiencies in the system, there are still some problems in the existing coordination mechanism of financial supervision. To solve those problems, the authors put forward suggestion to improve the coordination mechanism of financial supervision which includes definituding its leader, perfeeting the system of financial united meeting, setting up its supervising system, as well as training compound supervisors.
