| 摘 要： | 本文首先简要回顾改革开放以来中国吸引外商直接投资的历程,初步得出外商直接投资与中国经济增长之间存在着一种同向关系。然后从直接效应和间接效应两个方面详细探讨了外商直接投资对中国经济增长的正面影响。文章最后通过对外商直接投资和跨国公司的本质特征以及中国国际竞争力提升的真实现状和真正源泉的深入分析,指出了外商直接投资可能给中国造成一些负面影响,从而全面和辩证地看待外商直接投资对中国经济增长的作用。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly reviews the history of FDI in China and receives the positive relation between FDI and economic growth of China. Then we analyze the positive influence on economic growth of China. Finally, we also address the negative influence on economic growth of China by analyzing the essence of FDI and the true international competition of Chinese enterprises. |
