| 摘 要： | 我国开放式基金自诞生以来，得到了迅猛发展，但始终面临较大的赎回压力，本文对我国开放式基金面临的赎回问题进行了描述，从实证角度对影响开放式基金的因素进行了分析，并从基金监管者、基金管理公司、基金投资者三个层面提出了建议。

| Abstract: | since open-ended fund emerged in our country, they have been developing dramatically. But funds constantly were met investor＇s large redemption. This paper takes the Open-ended fund as its objects; depict the phenomenon of redemption, study the factors of redemption risks. With empirical analysis, the author gives three specific suggestions： investors, fund managers and the supervisors should take some measures to improve it. |
