| Abstract: | After a brief introduction of the current regulatory institutions of the credit derivatives,the author analyses the contents of the Dodd-Frank Act relating to the regulation of the OTC Derivatives trading passed by US Congress in July 2010.China launched its credit derivatives market pilot program in November 2010.Then the author gives some suggestions on how to construct and perfect China’s regulatory institutions on credit derivatives trading. |
