行政干预、短期行为与银行业迷思

2009年,不论国有、股份还是城市商业银行,纷纷挤入信贷扩张的行列,中国银行业集体陷入了战略趋同乃至模糊的风险、是否坚持信贷扩张、面临改革十字路口等迷思,给中国银行业未来发展,甚至给中国的经济发展带来了巨大的风险隐患。本文试图解开这些迷思,为中国银行业健康发展提供一些思路与建议。

Administrative Intervention,Short-term Behavior and Banking Industry Myth

In 2009 commercial banks including state-owned banks, stock commercial banks and city commercial banks joined the group of loan expansion. Bank industry in China in a whole sank into confusions, which is respectively homoge-neous strategy, avoiding risk leading to more risk, whether or not expanding the loan scale and crossroads ahead of industry reform. It will bring the great risk to bank industry future development even Chinese economic development unless confu-sion could be handled. The article tries to give an answer and puts forward some thoughts and reference to the industry healthy development.
