从小企业社会属性论解决小企业融资难的途径

小企业是推动国民经济发展、促进就业、改善人民生活水平、维护社会稳定的基础力量。其数量庞大，在国民经济中起着举足轻重的作用。但是它所获得的金融支持与其贡献极不相称，小企业在发展过程中出现的融资难题已经成为制约其发展的瓶颈之一。本文试图从政府、商业银行、民间金融等角度出发，同时配合灵活抵押品、建立发展基金、构建信用体系等多种形式，共同找出解决小企业融资难题的有效途径。
