城乡差距视角下的农村金融支持问题探析

城镇和农村无论在收入的绝对量上还是在收入的增长量上都存在很大的差距,城乡的消费更是存在巨大的差距,所以要发挥消费在国民经济发展中的作用重点在于农村,如何扩大农民消费需求已有很多研究,但随着金融成为现代经济的核心,应从金融方面考虑如何扩大农民消费需求,因此本文从城乡差距的视角下对构建多层次的农村金融服务体系、改善服务、发展农民消费贷款、健全和完善农业信贷的保障机制以及支持城镇化建设等方面提出一些建议措施.

Research on Financial Support for Rural from the Visual Angle of the Distance of Urban and Rural Areas

No matter on the absolute amount of the income or on the growth amount of the income between cities and rurals,there is great distance.Especially in the consumption of cities and rurals,there is enormous distance,so how to play the consumption's role in national economic development lies in the rurals,there have been many researches on how to expand consumer demand of rural residents.But as the finance becomes the core role of modern economy,we should consider from the finance on how to expand consumer demand of rural residents,so this text proposes some suggestion measures.Including how to construct multi-level rural financial service system from the visual angle of the distance of urban and rural areas,how to improve the financial service,how to develop peasant's consumption loan,how to perfect the security mechanism of agricultural credit and how to support urbanization construction etc.
