新形势下广东省制造业利用外资研究

改革开放以来,外资为广东省制造业大省地位的奠定乃至全国的经济发展做出了不容忽视的贡献。然而伴随着我国加入WTO过渡期结束、国内外引资竞争日益激烈、美国次贷危机爆发,以及人民币升值等一系列形势变化,广东省在吸引外资方面的优势明显减弱。与此同时,广东省制造业利用外资过程中也存在一些问题,已不能适应广东经济进一步发展的需要。本文在分析广东省制造业利用外资的现状特征、存在问题的基础上,对新形势下广东省制造业如何引资并合理利用外资以推动制造业产业升级,促进广东省经济发展提出了政策建议。

Research on the Utilization Strategy of Foreign Capital for Manufacturing Industry of Guangdong Province under the New Situation

Since the reform and open policy of China,foreign investment has made great contribution to Guangdong Province and the country＇s economics.However,with China＇s accession to the WTO and the end of the transition period,the increasingly competitive at home and abroad,The outbreak of the financial crisis,the appreciation of RMB,Guang-dong Province obviously weakened its superiority in attracting foreign investment.Meanwhile,there are some problems in the utilization of foreign investment in manufacturing sector of Guangdong Province,which can not meet the needs of the further economic development of Guangdong Province.This article analyzed the present situation characteristics,the existing question and the new situation,made policy proposals for manufacturing sector of Guangdong Province to bring in foreign capital and use it reasonably so as to achieve industrial upgrading of manufacturing industry in adapt and promote the eco-nomic development of Guangdong Province.
