| 摘 要： | 我国高校科技成果转化率十分低下，不利于经济的健康发展。本文通过对国外高校科技成果转化过程中政府立法、设立专门机构、服务社会的办学理念、风险投资等方面成功经验的分析借鉴，最后提出提高我国高校科技成果转化率的多项建议。

| Abstract: | The ratio of the transformation of scientific and technical achievements is still very low at present in our country,and a large number of them still stay on the paper.This paper analyses the reasons of the problem from universities themselves and social environment and the like.Also,the paper analyzes the government law making,the establishment of specialized sci-tech research achievements transferring institutions,the notion of university serving for the society and the venturing investment in the process of sci-tech research achievements transferring in other country universities.At the end,some measures about promoting the transformation of scientific and technical achievements are given. |
