| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来，我国金融市场中的直接融资有了较快的发展，但是，作为直接融资重要组成部分的企业债券融资数额却明显偏小。本认为，我国企业债券市场的发展主要受到国家金融政策、金融制度、企业产权制度改革滞后、社会信用体系不完善等方面的制约。通过深入分析这些深层次原因，本有针对性地提出了促进我国企业债券市场发展的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Since 1990s,the total sum of China's direct-financing has developed very fastly. But the sum of debenture-financing in it is too small. The development of China's debenture market has been hindered by such profound reasons as, National financial policies; Imperfect reform of NOE's property rights; Incomplete and underdeveloped social credit system. This article brings about some constructive counter--measures to promote the development of debenture market by analyzing these profound reasons penetratingly. |
