| Abstract: | Sannong problems (agriculture, rural areas and farmer) are put on the top of lists by our party and government. How to increase peasants' income is one of concerned main issues. Both mechanism guarantee and effective measures are needed to achieve the goals. The difficult problem will be solved as long as all kinds of measures are fully implemented. |
