摘    要:绩效考评工作在国外已经非常成熟。由于历史原因,我国银行绩效考评工作开展的一直不太理想。金融业作为国民经济的重要支柱产业,做好商业银行的绩效考评工作具有非常重要的现实意义。本从回顾绩效考评工作的历史发展情况入手,分析了我国商业银行在绩效考评工作中存在的主要问题,并对如何建立科学合理的商业银行绩效考评体系提出粗浅的建议。

Abstract:Performance evaluation has been developed for many years in abroad. But in China, there are still so many works need to be done for it. As one of the most important sector for national economy, banking industry should improve Performance Evaluation work with its own features. This thesis gives us a brief introduction about how Performance Evaluation develops, points out the main problems existing in Chinese commercial banks' Performance evaluation system, and tries to tell us how to establish a scientific and efficient Performance Evaluation system for Chinese commercial banks.
