| 摘 要： | 产业政策的实质是政府通过干预资源在产业部门之间的配置，以达到优化产业结构的目的，在我国目前渐进式改革，经济结构调整以及增强国际经济竞争力的背景下，推行产业政策具有重要意义。章提出为了与市场取向的改革相配合，我国产业政策应定位于鼓励创新，提倡竞争，扶持幼稚产业，并对推行产业政策的前提进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The essentials of industrial policy is to optimize the industrial structure through government interference with resource allocation. Nowadays, China meets the great challenge such as Gradually-reform, adjustment of economy structure and enhancing international competition, which bring industrial policy into prominence. In order to coordinate market-oriented reform, the kernel of industrial policy is to encourage innovation, advocate competition, support infant-industry and so on. |
