This paper analyzes the decision of sustainable competitive advantage and the source of the enterprise's core competitiveness.First,defines the concept of enterprise resource,key resources,enterprise capabilities,core competitiveness,competitiveness of enterprises,and core competitiveness,and analyzes the role of enterprise resources,capabilities and structure of the industry in the decision of competitive advantage,then proposes the decision model of competitive advantage based on static analysis;Second,this paper differentiates the enterprise's sustainable competitive advantage and the enterprise's competitive advantage,and defines the concept of creative core capability and innovative knowledge resource,then proposes the decision model of the enterprise's sustainable competitive advantage and the source of the enterprise's core competitiveness based on dynamic analysis.
