| 摘 要： | 我国财政支出比率呈现出非合理的下降趋势,与理论和国际上大多数国家的实际情况都相悖.本文通过实证分析,研究了形成这一趋势的原因,并给出了改善我国财政支出比率的政策建议.

| Abstract: | It does not accord with the theory and the fact of the most countries in the world that the ratio of public expenditure to GDP in China shows an abnormal descending trend. This paper studies the causes for the trend by an empirical analysis, and states some suggestions to improve the ratio in China. |
