| 摘 要： | 随着竞争的加剧,降低成本和提高核心竞争力成为企业不断追求的目标。在这种背景下,业务流程外包(BPO)开始突飞猛进地发展。本文首先对BPO的发展概况进行了介绍,然后运用SWOT法对中国BPO市场进行了分析,并在此基础上对发展我国BPO市场提出了相应的建议。
