| 摘 要： | 跨国多元化战略是否对其资本结构产生影响是跨国多元化领域中相对较新的研究领域。本文全面地回顾了跨国多元化经营对资本结构影响的理论和实证成果,分析了相关影响因素的作用机理,在此基础上构建了跨国多元化经营影响资本结构的基本框架。

| Abstract: | Weather international diversification strategy has an effect on its capital structure is a newer research field.This paper reviews comprehensively the theory and empirical results which the effect of international diversified operation on the capital structure,and then analyzes the way by which factors have effects on capital structure.On the basis of that,a based framework that international diversification strategy has an effect on its capital structure is made. |
