摘    要:投资关系管理(Investor Relations Manage简称IRM)是指公司为了追求公司相关价值最大化,运用金融、传播、市场等理论管理本公司的信息内容以及相关利益主体传播这些信息的战略管理活动。本在阐述投资关系管理产生原因及发展过程的基础上,对投资关系管理加以定位,并在案例分析的基础上,论述了成功的投资关系管理的内容、策划和组织。

Abstract:Investor Relations Management means that a company, in manner of using the theories of finance, media and market etc. manages its information and strategic management activities operated by re-lated interest entities for spreading that information so as to seek the benefits in the maximum value. This paper elaborates the definition of IRM by stating the reasons for IRM's coming from and its developing course. Moreover, the paper sets forth the content, plan and organization in detail for successful IRM through the analysis on different cases.
