| Abstract: | This article starts with the analysis of fundamental problems of enterprise governance structure, discusses the relationship between enterprise finance structure and enterprise governance model, makes more analysis of the influence of enterprise bond finance on enterprise governance structure, accordingly puts forward the notion of developing enterprise bond finance and perfecting enterprise governance structure. |
