| 摘 要： | 我国证券市场在信息披露方面的违法违规行为一直较为普遍，为了更为有效地规制这种行为，保护证券投资的合法权益，虚假信息披露的民事责任制度亟待完善。本试图从该民事责任的性质、不同责任主体的归责原则、诉讼中的举证责任及有关行政先置程序等方面进行探讨。
