北京市城镇居民收入差距实证分析

随着社会主义市场经济体制改革的进行，收入分配问题变得异常重要。本通过对改革开放以来北京市城镇居民收入差距的构成和变动的分析，发现虽然收入差距扩大了，收入在不同化程度、年龄的居民中的分配更加合理，但仍存在行业垄断等剧收入差距扩大的因素。政府应规范市场、促进劳动力的自由流动，以使劳动可以公平地获得收入。

Analysis on Income Inequalities of Beijing Residents

The issue of income distribution has become very important during the reform process of the socialism marketing economy system. In this article, the author analyzes the structures and changes of urban residents' income inequalities of Beijing since the reform in 1978. The distributions between groups of different ages and educational attainments have been more reasonable, though the overall income inequality enlarged. Industrial monopoly has worsened the income inequality. The government should normalize the marketing operation and promote the free flow of labor force, so that workers can earn their incomes impartially.
