| 摘 要： | 近年来跨国公司在华设立研发机构的数量在不断增加。为了有效地吸引跨国公司的研发投资和引导跨国公司在华研发行为，本文以跨国公司在华研发机构的现状分析为基础，剖析由此可能产生的的影响，并提出针对性的对策。

| Abstract: | R&D institutes which MNCs' set up in China have been increasing in recent years. Based on describing the status quo of MNCs' R&D institutes in china, this paper analyzes their effects and puts forward pertinent policy proposal. We hope that the research in this paper can help to draw more MNCs' R&D investment and give guidance to MNCs' R&D activities in China. |
