| 摘 要： | 近年来,民营企业的发展对我国经济起到了重要的推动作用,但其资金的短缺已成为制约其发展的障碍.中小企业板块的推出的确解决了一部分民营企业的融资困境,可不能解决所有民营企业的资金问题.民营企业要想筹集到生产所需的资金,必须提升自身的竞争能力.

| Abstract: | These years, the development of Non -government enterprises plays an important role in promoting national economy. But funds shortage has been an obstacle to their development. The foundation of Medium-sized and small enterprises has solve the difficult position of financing for parts of Nongovernment Enterprises, but it can't solve the fund problem of all Non-government Enterprises. If Nongovernment Enterprises want to pool production funds, they must advance their competition capacity. |
