| 摘 要： | 在白色浪潮到来之际,政府加大了对农村养老保险的建设步伐。温家宝总理在今年的政府工作报告中强调指出,农村问题是今年工作的一大重点。本文提出了以分层分类的模式建立农村养老保险体系的基本思路,并提出一些配套措施,旨在探索农村养老保险的现行可行之路。

| Abstract: | The government has enlarged to the countryside old-age insurance construction step.Premier Wen Jiabao emphasizes in this year government service report that,the countryside question is this year works one is big key.This article proposed establishes the countryside old-age insurance system by the lamination classification pattern the basic mentality,and proposed some necessary measures,are for the purpose of exploring the countryside old-age insurance the present feasible road. |
