| Abstract: | To building the Social Market Economy is to improve the financial investment results. It needs an objective standard to evaluate the financial investment results. The means to improve the results include the determination of the range and scale of the investment, the analysis of the cost-benifit of the investment project, the analysis of the outside benifit and the outside cost of the project. |
