| 摘 要： | 本以发达国家货币市场的发展历程为考察对象，分别从要素角度和功能角度探讨了一个合理的货币市场结构所具有的特征，提出种类丰富的市场交易工具、多元化的市场交易主体、平稳而联动的市场交易价格是一个合理的货币市场结构所具有的表象特征；而货币市场功能的充分发挥则是一个合理的货币市场结构所具有的本质特征。
