| 摘 要： | 20世纪70年代,由于自身的理论缺陷,传统产业组织理论及SCP范式逐渐衰落,新产业组织理论逐渐兴起.新产业组织理论在寻求与新古典微观经济理论更加紧密结合的同时,引入了现代微观经济学的最新成果,从理论范式、研究方法和政策主张等几个方面对传统产业组织理论进行了突破和创新.20世纪90年代以来,新产业组织理论在研究领域、理论深度以及与其他学科的交融等方面又有了新的发展.

| Abstract: | The traditional industrial organization (TIO) was declined for its own limitation of theory in 1970s. At the same time, the new industrial organization (NIO) was brought up. NIO is different from TIO in the field of theoretical paradigm, research approach and public policy. From 1990s, NIO has new development in the researching scope, depth of theory and mingling with other subjects. |
