| 摘 要： | 邮政储蓄是一项金融业务,但现阶段却在业务、技术与管理上受到非金融机构的制约,并承担着补贴邮政亏损、保障邮政体系正常运行的繁重的社会负担.本文首先介绍了两银行假设下的分离均衡;然后结合20世纪90年代的"揽储大战"分析了邮政储蓄的错误市场定位导致的对甄别机制的破坏和金融动荡;同时解析了现行体制下邮政储蓄经营效率的三重损失;最后提出解决邮政储蓄难题的权宜之计与根治之法,并进行了成本比较.
