| 摘 要： | 随着中国证券市场的持续高涨,中国基金发行热持续高烧不退,而使得基金管理公司一味追求规模扩张而忽视了扩张过程中的核心竞争力培育问题。本文分析了现有开放市场环境下基金管理公司发展的优势、劣势等因素,提出了基金管理公司核心竞争力的构成维度,从战略构建业务模式、产品创新领先、投资管理国际化、基金服务精细化、构建机构培育人力资金五个方面提出加强基金管理公司核心竞争力的具体措施。
