| 摘 要： | 我国事业单位种类繁多、数量庞大,但改革滞后。社会主义市场经济体制的建立必须对现行事业单位机制进行改革。结合当前经济形势,本文将对不同时期事业单位内涵、特征进行综述,试图提出我国事业单位改革的目标和路径。

| Abstract: | Institutions in our country are diversity and numerous.The lag of institution reform has been seriously affecting the econoy and society development in our country.Therefore,institution reform is an arduous and complex task,for which the lack of general design of goals is the main reason.This article aims to review the connotation and characteristics of traditional institutions,and attempts to propose the goals and ways of institution reform in our country. |
