我国城乡关系的金融学透视

我国城乡关系的"和谐"对我国战略发展的重要性是不言而喻的。金融与经济相互促进、相互依赖、相互制约。一方面,"二元结构"的不断深化使农村金融陷入低水平均衡,而缺乏资金的农村金融是无论如何也难以健康发展的;另一方面,在市场经济条件下,农村金融业的商业性经营宗旨强力否定了服务"三农"的宗旨,这是城乡差距扩大、"三农"问题恶化的金融根源。农村金融的现状引发了我们对农村金融机构定位的再思考。改革现有农村金融,农村金融深化为我们解决"城乡分治"指明了一条合理的途径。

The Analvsis of the Relationship between the City and the Countrvside of China from the View of Finance

It goes without saying that the "Harmonious" between the city and the countryside is very important for the strategy development of state.The relationship between finance and economics is promoting mutually,interdependent or mutual restriction.On one aspect,the unceasingly deepen of "Binary structure" make the rural finance fall into low-level equilibrium;however,the rural finance is hard to develop in a healthy way without enough funds.On the other,under the environment of market economy,the manage purpose of commerce hardly-edge denies the purpose of servicing for the "Three rural issue",which induce the "Three rural issue" become gradually grave,also make the expanding gap between city and rural area.The current situation of rural finance induces our re-think for the fix position of rural financial organization.Reforming the current rural finance,financial deepening give us a rational way to resolve the problem of "Administrating of city-countryside separately"
