| 摘 要： | 社会收入信息系统的不健全和大量非法非正常收入的存在使我们所测算的基尼系数结果与实际情况存在较大差异,影响了基尼系数评判的准确性与权威性。本文旨在设计一个能够真实全面反映居民收入情况的社会收入信息系统,在数据采集环节上减少误差的产生,以期提高基尼系数测算结果的准确性与可信度。

| Abstract: | There is a big discrepancy between the computing result of Gini coefficient and the real because of our imperfect society-income information systems and the existence of large illegal and abnormal income,which has affect the Gini's accuracy and authority in judging our income distribution.This paper wants to design such a society income information systems that can reflect the whole income information,avoid the error from the source of statistical data in order to make the computing result of Gini coefficient more accurate and creditable. |
