| Abstract: | This article first confines the definition of IT industry and measures the industry added-value of IT industry from 1990 to 2000. After we estimated the short-term influence of IT industry on GDP by the contribution rate, we established the Cobb-Douglas Production Function to estimate the long-term influence. |
