| 摘 要： | 中国长期以来的二元经济结构不仅制约了农村经济的发展和农民收入的提高 ,也越来越制约中国社会主义市场经济的整体发展 ,特别是加入WTO以后 ,这个问题显得尤为突出 ,也得到了社会的普遍关注 ,本文从体制性因素入手 ,探讨农民增收的问题。

| Abstract: | The long-exsting dualistic economic structure in China not only confines the economic development of rural areas and the increase of farmers' income, but also restricts the overall development of socialism market economy in China. After China enters into WTO, this problem is becoming more obvious and attracts the attentions from the society. This essay starts from the institutional factors and follows by the discussion on how to increase farmers' income. |
