| 摘 要： | 国有商业银行是国民经济发展的支柱，由于诸多原因如产权不清、经营机制不健全等因素的影响，国有商业银行在经营过程中存在大量问题，这些问题在基层行表现尤其明显。如何改进国有商业银行的经营现状是摆在银行管理面前的一项重大课题。
