中国境外投资风险及其防范研究

实施“走出去”战略既是企业的微观投资行为也是政府的宏观管理问题,境外投资比国内投资面临的风险更大。因此,要防范境外投资风险更需要政府的支持,一方面通过建立境外投资协调机制对境外投资予以监管和保护;另一方面通过构建境外投资风险预警系统,加强境外投资风险的识别和预控。

Research on Chinese Overseas Investment Risk and the Guarding of It

Implementing "walk out" strategy is the micro-view investment behavior for enterprises, and it also the macro-view management problem for a government. Comparing with the domestic investment, the risk of overseas investment is larger, therefore, the governmental support to guard against the risk of enterprises' overseas investment is more important. Government should establish the coordination mechanism of overseas investment to manage and protect the investment of enterprises, on the other hand, government should build up the early warning system to identify and pre-control the overseas investment risk.
