| Abstract: | Nowadays,private-collected fund has been the hotspot of China's security market. Owing to its peculiarities, it is an inevitability that private-collected fund comes into existence in China. In this article, the author discusses the related questions about private-collected fund from the following four aspects. The first one is the concept of private-collect fund and its advantages. The second one is the objective surroundings of its existence in China. The third one is that the development of private-collected fund has great significance for the security market. The last one is about the establishment pattern and system arrangement. |
