论SNA在分析收入分配问题中的应用

联合国1993' SNA和我国目前在实施的国民经济核算体系是为适应市场经济的需要而建立的一种新的核算制度和方法，它为 收入分配问题提供了广泛的应用环境。然而，无论是理论界还是实际部门都在这方面存在着严重的滞后状态和某些误区。本文从运用SNA开展收入分配分析研究的必要性、如何运用SNA进行分析和应注意的问题等方面阐述了个人的观点。

On the SNA Application in Analysing of Income Distribution

Both System of National Accounts (SNA) launched by the United Nations in 1993 and System of National Economic Accounts implemented now in China are established as a new system of accounts and approaches to adapt market economy. They provide a broad basis for analysis of income distribution in a macroeconomic perspective. However, both academic and operating entities have not understood the above accounting systems very well. This paper elaborates the necessity of SNA for analysis of income distribution, the methodologies and procedures to apply SNA for income distribution studies.
