| Abstract: | The paper discusses the validity and rationality of the financial market price mechanism, introduces and makes com- ments on the efficient market theory by Fama and the behavioral financial theory by Shiller. Then the paper puts forward some sugges- tions on whether the price fluctuation of the financial markets is needed to be adjusted, how to adjust, and the change of the central bank＇ s role. |
