高校部门创收活动管理思考

高校各部门利用学校资源开展创收活动,提高了学校资源的效益,增强了办学活力。目前有些高校的部门创收活动现状不利于学校的和谐与发展。本文从创收活动的立项审批、项目管理等方面进行了思考,力求高校的部门创收活动朝着健康有序的方向发展,确保学校利益,兼顾部门和个人的利益,激发职工的积极性,促进学校长远发展。

Thinking of Income-generating Activities of University Departments

University departments use school resources to carry out income-generating activities.These improve the effectiveness of school resources,and enhance the educational vitality.But at present,some income-generating activities in the department of University are not conducive to harmony and development of schools.The paper came up with project approval on the income-generating activities,project management and other aspects of thinking.It aimed at making the university department income-generating activities to develop healthy and orderly.So it takes into account schools benefit and the interests of departments and individuals to stimulate the enthusiasm of staff and promote long-term university development.
