江苏省民间资本进入金融领域的现状及风险研究

国务院出台了＂新老36条＂,鼓励和规范民间资本进入金融业等投资领域,这不仅有利于民间资本投资渠道多元化,有利于缓解弱势群体融资难题也有利于金融改革与创新,促进金融业的繁荣发展。然而,随着民间资本进入金融领域,金融业竞争将异常激烈,如何应对民间资本进入金融领域后出现的风险以及采取相应的防范措施,对于规范民间资本投资,提高民间资本的投资效率乃至促进整个国民经济的健康发展都具有重要意义。论文着重对江苏民间资本进行分析,拟从江苏省民间资本进入金融领域现状分析,分析江苏民间资本进入金融服务领域的风险因素,并提出江苏民间资本进入金融领域的风险对策。

A Study on the Current Status and Risks of Private Capitals Entering Financing Industry at Jiangsu Province

The State Council published the old and new 36 rules to encourage and regulate the private capitals entering the financing industry and related investment field, this is not beneficial for the diversification of private capitals investing channels, but also helpful for relieving the financing difficulties of weak groups and good for financing reform and innovation, and therefore promote the prosperous development of financing industry. But, with the entering of private capitals into the financing field, the competition of financing field would become extremely fierce, how to deal with the risks of private capital entering financing field and take preventive measures has very important meaning for the regulation of private capital investment, enhancement of investing efficiency and promotion of the healthy development of national economy. This paper focus on the analysis of private capitals at Jiangsu province, attempts to start from the current status analysis of private capitals entering financing field at Jiangsu province, analyze the risk factors and then provide risk prevention countermeasures.
