| 摘 要： | 非营利组织财务管理目标的确定一直是非营利组织财务管理的难点，本文从非营利组织财务管理活动及其对财务管理的要求出发分析非营利组织财务管理的最终任务，提出将社会贡献最大化作为非营利组织财务管理的目标，并给出年社会贡献的计算公式及实现财务管理目标的具体要求。

| Abstract: | How to make sure the financial management target of non-profit organization is a difficult question. This essay analyzed the ultimate target of financial management of non-profit organization which began with financial management activities and its request, in turn we put forward that social distribution maxization should be financial management target of non-profit organization. In this essay, we also gave the caculation formula and some suggestions to releaze the final target. |
